 The -01e's front suspension layout is identical to the -01b (and -01c, -01d, -01g).

flexible wire hose (hidden in this image) of the front brake duct
mounts to a rigid carbon assembly that sits amongst the suspension
elements. The leading edge of this carbon assembly then
attaches to the front bodywork.

rigid brake assembly registers into the inner fender located on the
trailing edge of the splitter. The forward inner fender
effectively forms a longitudinal spar across the trailing edge of the
splitter. |
