Questions
have been asked regarding the all encompassing function of the large intakes
at the front of the nose. The ducts serve to acts as primary cooling
intake for the engine radiators, front brakes, as well as engine induction. |
Note
that the cooling intakes extend beyond the front fenders and are slightly
curved in order to mask the mechanical components when viewed from the
front (thus performing a rules compliance duty). |
The
deep rear wing endplates seen on the wind tunnel presentation model were
not available for the Jerez test. They will appear on the car at
Sebring. |
