The Courage C65 LMP2 was one of the first cars designed to take the new regulations into consideration even well before they became implemented.  Introduced in 2003 as a LMP675, Courage fully intended to transition this car through the LMP2 regulations that were introduced in 2004.  The C65 ran as a hybrid LMP2 in 2004 and 2005.
