a problem with this and it simplifies the issue for those who ultimately
want a signed copy. But in order to move forward with this I need
to set a minimum order. I will need at least 8 book orders to go
ahead with this. And unfortunately I can't compete with Amazon on
cost, so the cost is $50 + $6 Shipping & Handling (for U.S. residents--for
international orders I'll calculate the shipping cost on an individual
basis). But you can justify it that you are getting a signed copy...Amazon
